Alright, so I had to rename some of my OCs, because I was that stupid in naming Japanese characters back then. Hard work, but gives me even less motivation, and all I can do is listen to Can You Feel My Heart and Hayloft on repeat. Maybe even My Chemical Romance songs here and there.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I've been listening to rock songs lately, which my friend recommended. Oh gosh, now I want to write a Dabi Redemption fanfiction on my Wattpad account. I have way too many ideas in my mind at the moment, but my motivation is as low as my will to live. No seriously, life sucks when you're in my place. But let's not get there, shall we?
My original characters are kinda -oh wow Still Into You just came in lol- over the top, but that's not surprising, considering how society is more superpowered than it looks. I'm quite glad I made a reason Aisu is in Class 1-C instead of the hero course, although I'm not sure how to explain how she got no resistance against her Quirk while everyone in her family does.
Then there's Ikaru Hikinari and Kirie Isabusu. Kirie's surname literally means "injecting venom" hence her Quirk. I really am starting to like puns, I thought I hated them. Hikinai literally means -and Sweather Weather just came in wow. I actually like the song ngl- "install body", basically part of Entity's aspects. I like making these kind of puns of my characters in their kanji names, it's really fun if you think about it.
I wasn't sure why I picked Saya Kikuyu as her name. I really wanted to think about a reason for the name, since everyone in My Hero has at least a kanji that references their abilities or personalities. Then I had it. Saya has the character for "night", the same going for the "yu" in Kikuyu, right? It's basically part of her being an underground vigilante who works in the shadows. I'm such a genius.
Who is Desuko Uchiki, one would ask? I'd probably share this at one point during the Vigilante series by Betten Court. They're only insert characters, if you were wondering. However, right now is not the right time to ask me. I'll probably share soon enough when Vigilantes is at the point where Number 6 would reveal his name. Why? You'll know soon...
I thought I wanted to change the name of Kyosoku, but I thought that would be a waste, so I kept it and used kanji for it. Would probably change the kanji soon, but for now I'll leave it this way.
What's with the presentation of LGBT in a shonen manga? Shonen barely shows any presentation, and the only possible known character with this type of presentation is Himiko Toga, but of course she just wants Izuku and Ochaco's blood. A pansexual? Maybe. I like presentation of things like the LGBT community, heck, I'm a genderfluid pansexual myself. Plus, who wouldn't want an asexual character in the series. Would probably make a second one soon, but who knows...
Favorite character design so far? Hakiri Odachi's actually. I am really planning on her redeeming arc soon, but I have barely started on the Next Generation story on Wattpad. Hakiri, believe it or not, is actually insecure and expresses it through a spoiled brat persona. I really like her though, and her design as well.
Is Sakura Sakuki underrated? Hell yeah they are! I found their backstory unique, since it doesn't link to Quirks or the society they live in at all. Yes, they're backstory has been changed again. Basically, their mother is an alcoholic and accidentally set fire to the house, causing Sakura pyrophobia and they and and their older brother are the only other survivors other than the person who caused the fire. I accidentally revealed this, didn't I? Welp, who gives a damn? I like to spoil stuff for people.
I actually like Akira Midoriya. She fits the whole "innocent" trope, and I like her character overall. At least I didn't give her the whole "Bakugo and Midoriya's kids are in love" trope. It was kinda cliche anyway.
Hicho Eisho is probably my favorite of the Eisho family. She has the best looks, with the whole gothic appearance (but then again, there's Kirie, who is as much of a goth as Hicho is). I really like the pastel goth aesthetic, but I did think the regular gothic appearance best suit these two. Cutesy things don't fit them well, anyway.
