General Information[]
This quirk allows the user to stockpile light energy consciously and release it in the form of a beam of condensed light in a similar fashion to a large laser beam.
The strength, range and width all depends on the duration which the user charges this power before the release.
When this quirk is being charged, it draws light energy from the surrounding area towards the user causing a patch of darkness around the surrounding area. Aside from collecting light energy from the surrounding area, this quirk also heats up the air around the user and to an extent, the user itself.
Strengths[]
-This quirk allows for its user to damage enemies from very long distances similar to the quirk Navel Laser.
-The quirks power, range and width can all be controlled accurately by the user by how long they charge the beam.
-At maximum power, the beam can generate 580 watts of energy (roughly the energy output of a nuclear power plant in a day), which is enough to melt most metals.
Weaknesses[]
-To reach maximum power, user must charge this quirk for upwards of 5 minutes.
-This quirk‘s usability is completely dependent on the light level of the area the user is in. If the user is in a situation where no light can potentially reach them then they might not be able to charge the quirk at all.
