Akihiko Minamoto, otherwise known as First (1番目, 1-Banme^?), or Baro is is a current member of the Highborn Federation, acting as a founding member and one of the Eight. He and the rest of the Eight serve as high class commanders taking control over their designated regiments.

Akihiko is the leader of the first regiment as the Logistics and Intelligence Commander. He serves directly under Null (both the Founder, and Kayo Fujimori), and leads his own group of soldiers.

Introduction

Akihiko is a current member and high ranking commander of the Highborn Federation. Akihiko's motivation for joining the group is unknown. However, it can be assumed that their life outside of the group was fairly negative, as evident from the trauma Akihiko has experienced.

It's assumed due to its name, that the Highborn Federation's goal is to prove self-superiority over other quirk users. This is also speculation however, as the overall motivation of the group is also unknown.

Appearance

Akihiko's costume consists of a black and grey spandex costume, with white boots, gloves, both of which transition into guards protecting his thighs and shoulders, a large orange gemstone on his chest, a white mask with no distinct facial features, and orange embellishments around his heels and ears. He also wears a long orange cape with a high collar, complete with darker orange designs around the edge of the cape.

Personality

Akihiko is a zany man and one of the more madder of the commanders. He has a cheery disposition, completely convinced that he's more of a pro hero than a villain and does what he does in an attempt to bring peace, and justice to the world. He believes in the philosophy that "winners are righteous, and losers are evil", namely believing those who can achieve something are heroes, and those who fail are villains. Thus, he takes great offense at anyone calling him villainous, seeing as it implies he's a loser.

Akihiko emphasizes his ideology by wearing a traditional hero outfit. By performing an eccentric "transformation sequence", Akihiko puts on his costume. He also follows the superhero tradition of never revealing his secret identity, with most unsure if Akihiko is truly his real name.

Personal Gravity (個人の重力, Kojin no jūryoku): Akihiko is able to manipulate his own gravitational field, allowing him to make himself heavy or light, cause himself to fall toward any direction instead of the earth and even levitate.
