Aquashift (水変換, Suihenkan?) is the Quirk of Shinai Gansui.
Description[]
Aquashift allows Shinai's body to act as a semi-magnet of sorts, making him capable of attracting water particles from anywhere through close reach. He must actively pull it from a target in order for the water to come out, certain quantities of water require him variable effort. Though, Shinai prefers to draw water from the atmosphere itself, rather from an object or a person.

Shinai doesn't seem capable of pulling large amounts while they are together, however, he can do so if he is willing to take risks, as it takes time and wears him down.
