Allows the user to create and impose concepts on the world and objects around themselves. Any concepts can be created.

The user can impose the concept against the world. No limits towards the strength of the concepts. Can apply the concepts on objects for later use or to make anything the objects interact with obey the concept.
Weaknesses[]
The user must have a strong desire towards the concept they want to use the ability. Must fully concentrate to use the quirk. Uses resources around the user to create the concepts.
