Quirk: Coruscate

Explanation: The user can use this quirk to attract light rays to any part of their body causing it to shine brightly.

Effects/Powers: 

Basic:

[Dazzel]: The user covers a part of their body with bright light and focuses it on the opponent's eye, rendering it blind momentarily.

[Permute]: The user attracts certain color sunlight rays to change the color of their eyes, hair, skin tone, or any part of the body that the light is focused on.

[Flicker]: The user attracts the light present in the human body, focusing and gathering it to one single part (of the body) so that it shines in the darkness. It's used as a light/flashlight when they're surrounded by the dark.

[Enhance]: By coating parts of the body with light, the parts weigh less and gain more speed.

Intermediate:

[Reflect]: At the intermediate level, the user is able to alter the direction of light as long as it reaches its body first.

[Blind]: The user reflects the light hitting their body at the opponent's eyes, blinding them temporarily.

[Strobe]: The user reflects all kinds of light off their body, just like a disco ball. This acts as a distraction and is very useful in parties.

[Thermal Vision]: By attracting infrared light to the eyes, the user can see the heat waves of living creatures.

[Heat Vision]: The user focuses the light rays on their eyes. They then release all of the rays in one direction from both eyes at the same time, granting the user laser vision.

[Night Vision]: By attracting infrared light to the eyes, the user can see through the dark.

[Beam]: Same as [Strobe], but the user focuses the light on a certain part of their body and then shoots it as a focused laser beam.

Lower Advanced:

[Absorb]: At the lower advanced level, the user can absorb the light into their body, they can also make it exit the body from a different point.

[Shimmer]: The user absorbs light and then makes it exit at a constant rate, making light pass through them and granting them invisibility.

[Beacon]: The user absorbs light and makes their whole body glow, acting as a beacon of light.

[Erupting Star]: The user absorbs as much light as possible, coating their whole body with it. After keeping it in for a while, the user releases the light in all directions, giving off the light and heat that could be equivalent to a star's. The amount of heat depends on how much sunlight has been absorbed.

[Decoy]: The user absorbs light and releases it in one direction keeping it in the same form when it was in their body. This is used to perform a hologram of the user, though the clone can only stand there since moving needs more light to be redirected at it (More information in 'Weaknesses').

[Mirror]: The user uses [Shimmer] and [Reflect] at the same time. One side of the user absorbs the light while the other reflects it. This allows the user to function as a mirror, turning invisible but allowing others to see what their body is facing, just like a mirror.

Upper Advanced:

[Direct]: At the upper advanced level, the user can control the direction of any light without it coming to contact with the user's body.

[Eclipse]: The user focuses the light rays around onto the opponent's eyes directly. The amount of light renders the opponent blind for long periods of time.

[Feed]: The user focuses sunlight on plants to help them grow......A totally useless ability for both combat and support.

[Manifestation]: The user focuses on the same type of light together for it to take a tangible form. This is very useful as it's the same as possessing 'Light Manipulation'.

[Form]: The user concentrates light to take any form they want. This could be used for weapons, shields, stairs, walls, blasts, energy attacks, etc.

[Snuff]: The user makes the light rays break away from each other. This is useful for snuffing out any light/energy-based attacks, hence the name of the attack/move.

[Twirl]: The user changes the direction of the light. This is useful for controlling the direction of any light/energy-based attack and turning it against its owner.

[Double]: The same as [Decoy], but since light can now be controlled without coming to contact with the body, the clone can move. It still doesn't act as anything other than a decoy (More information in 'Weaknesses')

Mastery:

[Merge]: The user becomes one with the light. It is the ultimate form of 'Light Manipulation' as the user and light are now one and the same.

[Light Body]: The user turns their body to light. It goes back to the user if they want the body to be a glowing sphere of light or remain with their normal appearance. [Light Body] allows anything and everything to pass through it, making the user almost invincible.

[Phase]: By using [Light Body], the user can phase through objects, walls, even the floor.

[Aviation]: The user uses [Light Body]. As light has no weight, the user can fly through the air.

[Light Speed]: The user uses [Light Body] which grants the user the speed equivalent to that of light.

[Clone]: The user creates a version of them made solely out of light.

Weaknesses:

 -All of the attacks/moves before the Mastery stage are based on the presence of light. If there was no light then there is no use for the quirk. The only one not needing the presence of light is [Flicker].

-[Flicker] barely provides enough light to be able to function as a flashlight. Taking any more light from the body endangers it and can result in the fainting of the user. The human body needs light as much as plants do. Thus it is advised to use [Feed] whenever a light source is provided after the prolonged use of [Flicker].

-[Dazzel], [Blind, [Eclipse], and [Beam] need good accuracy.

-[Permute] turns off in the absence of light.

-[Absorb] has a limit that needs to be expanded as the user gets stronger. Same with [Reflect] and [Direct].

-[Heat Vision] can also blind the user momentarily if the light gathered is more than the eyes can handle.

-[Thermal Vision] and [Night Vision] need infrared rays to be present.

-[Shimmer], at the lower advanced level, needs more focus to remain constant. Same with [Mirror].

-[Erupting Star] is an attack that takes out most of the user's energy. It's dangerous to use as the user can pass out after its use.

-[Decoy] and [Double] need light to be constantly present or they'd disappear. [Decoy] is different from [Double] as it needs light to constantly be absorbed by the user and then directed at the clone, thus it can move but with difficulty. [Double] is light directed by the user from a distance, so it can be formed and moved quicker than [Decoy] as light is all around it.

-[Eclipse] has a high possibility of burning the opponent's retina and permanently blind it if the light is directly from the sun.

-[Snuff] and [Twirl] only work against attacks with light or energy (Energy contained in light. Nothing like Gravitational Energy or Magnetic Energy can be controlled). They can't stop someone throwing steel at the user, for example.

-[Phase] can kill the user if it stopped as they were passing through something like a wall.

-[Aviation] gets weaker the less light there is.

-[Light Speed] is difficult to control as it's too fast. The user might want to go from one city to the other but finds themselves in another country on the other side of the world if not on a different planet.
