The Engineer was a mysterious quirk user who was most remembered for building the Sacred City. His current whereabouts are unknown, and he is assumed to be dead.
Appearance[]
From the few brief accounts of him, he appears to have been a slender man with pale skin, much like Tomura Shigaraki. However, his eyes were warm, and both were sky blue. He usually wore construction gear and equipment, and carried around a holographic display, where he keeps all of the blueprints of his work. He also carried around a backpack full of supplies, just in case he ever needed to build something.
Quirk Information[]
Instantaneous Build (即時ビルド) allows the Engineer to visualize and build whatever he wants to at very fast speeds, up to 100 times faster than a normal person. However, he can only build up to one building before he needs to take a break. He also needs all of the materials beforehand, which is why he carries a backpack full of materials.
