Kosuru Otoko is a professional hero and founder of the King Gum Agency. He acts as the leader of the Agency and trains any new recruits in high level combat himself. He is a graduate of U.A.'s Hero Course and the older brother of Kanchi Otoko, Kokasaru Otoko, and Shiko Otoko. He is professionally known as The Rubber Hero: King Gum(ラバーヒーロー：キングガムRabāhīrō: Kingugamu).
Appearance[]
Kosuru is pretty tall standing at 6'7 or 200.66 cm. He is also pretty jacked and has an athletic muscular build with no hair on his chest. He has short, spiky white hair and dark brown skin. In his Hero Costume, he wears a red cape most of the time but he takes it off when he gets serious in a fight. He wears a diamond skull head necklace and baggy pants with the golden head of the monkey on it. He also has bandages around his hands and lower arms for unknown reasons.
Personality[]
Kosuru is a very great and strong leader and who has consolidated the power, prestige, and morale of his peers and recruits with his love and caring nature. He also talks flirtatiously but he doesn't nothing by it(Most of the time). Most of the time he is very fun loving and a jokester and he doesn't ever try to treat his peers/friends differently. Kosuru is also not an easy man to piss off, Only things like hurting his friends or innocents or messing with his necklace really rile him up. However, despite normally being fun and "stupid", he is actually extremely intelligent and knows when it's time to be serious. He is also VERY serious about the people he cares about. He is however a completely different person if he's pushed far enough. When Kosuru's REALLY mad, he becomes a sadistic monster and sadly for the opponent, he normally just gets stronger.

Creativity: Kosuru is extremely creative, proving this with like a billion different attacks. He is relatively smart and he's used his creative mind to save countless people and get him out of plenty situations where the odds wasn't in his favor. He's even created a way to increase his strength and speed by using the concept of what he calls, "Restraint Levels".
Hand-To-Hand Combat: Kosuru has amazing skill in martial arts, mastering some like Krav Maga, Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Muay Thai, and many others. He is very good at pinpointing vital areas and pressure points to make quick work of his enemies. Not to mention the fact he even has created his own fighting style based around his quirk(with like 1 trillion different attacks).

Overall Capabilities: Overall, Kosuru is a very very powerful hero despite his quirk not seeming so great at first sight. I'd say at his very best he has large mountain level power and massive hypersonic speed at his best. This along with his creative mind and great martial arts skills, makes him a scary hero for a villain to face.

Rubber Man(ゴム人間Gomu Ningen): Kosuru's quirk is a mutant quirk that makes his body completely made of rubber giving him elastic properties. The quirk's major strength, as demonstrated by Kosuru, is that the user's body can stretch, bend, bounce, inflate, and twist like rubber. He becomes almost completely immune to blunt damage, including hand-to-hand combat, blunt weapons, bullets, all of which will just bounce off from his skin. Situations like falls from great heights and heavy collisions that would kill a normal person end up not being lethal or even painful, and certain traps and hazards are rendered ineffective considering Kosuru's enhanced flexibility. Also due to his rubbery body, He is highly resistant to electric attacks. Thanks to Kosuru's own creativity, both in and out of combat, this quirk has consistently proven itself to be among the most formidable, versatile, and unpredictable within the mutant types. Kosuru's ability to stretch and twist like rubber to extreme lengths not only makes him immune to injuries that originate from such, but it also allows him to rebound, which can give him a great advantage in and out of battle. Stretching also allows the user to drastically increase the range of what would otherwise be considered a powerful close-range attack, turning it into a devastating mid-range or long-range attack. A stretched limb can also be used to store potential energy like a stretched spring, increasing the velocity by stretching his arm back resulting in increased power. Despite all the great advantages Kosuru gets by using his quirk, there are a number of weaknesses. One major risk of his powers is that his stretched limbs take a moment to unstretch back into place, leaving him vulnerable to attacks in the moments when his limbs are stretched. He also has a limit of how far he can stretch and attempting to go beyond this can cause him to bleed and risk tearing his limbs apart.
