Hikari Kazuyuki (和幸光 Kazuyuki Hikari) was Mahi Hiraoka's childhood best friend. He was killed by a villian when he was ten years old.
Appearance
Hikari was a young boy of a slightly taller than average height with short blonde hair and light brown eyes.
He wore a grey t-shirt with the Pro Hero Gang Orca on it, he also wore beige cargo shorts and green sneakers.
Personality
Hikari was a kind and outgoing boy. He cared deeply for Mahi and did everything he could to protect her from harm, going as far as to even sacrifice himself to save her.

Emotion Control (感情制御 Kanjō seigyo): Hikari's quirk allowed him to change someone’s emotions to suit what he wants them to feel.
