IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE MANGA, DO NOT READ THIS PAGE!!!Ikaru Hikinari (引体怒,Hikinari Ikaru?), also known as Rampage (大暴れ,Dai Abare?), is a major main antagonist alongside her partner in the story The Flame Within Me and the arch-nemesis of Foxfire along with being a supporting antagonist in the main series. She is a Villain affiliated with the League of Villains, and was a member of the organization’s Vanguard Action Squad. She and the rest of her team serve as the primary antagonists of the Forest Training Camp Arc.
She later became one of the eleven lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front, an organization formed by the remnants of the League and the Meta Liberation Army. She currently serves as a commander for the “Vanguard Action Guerilla Warfare Regiment: Black” alongside Twice.
She is also the confirmed maternal aunt of Kinomi Ashikawa, a third year in U.A. High School and part of the Big Five, also a surviving member of the Hikinari Clan.
