Kyōji Tsunaro (綱露協次 Tsunaro Kyouji?), real name Tamako Kyomachi (京町玉子 Kyōmachi Tamako?), is a student in Class 10.1 in Rokuyūki High School, and the main protagonist of Miracle Guardians: Dimensions and Depths, training to be a Pro Hero and Miracle Guardian.
Appearance
Kyoji is described as a handsome, tall young boy. He has messy, blue hair with purple highlights on his front hair. His eyes is sharp and watchful, but his personality is the polar opposite of that, and has angled eyebrows. He has a resting bitch face and a little mole on his neck that he usually covers it up with a turtleneck sweater.
Kyoji's civilian outfit consisted of light blue printed t-shirt with khaki short pants, light blue socks, an emotion brooch, a necklace and black sneakers. He also wears a black arm gloves at the right, a magic necklace, a muted blue hair clip and a transformation flip phone for him to transform into a Miracle Guardian.
His second civilian outfit consisted of red blazer with gold highlights and grey turtleneck, paired with black drawstring wide-leg trousers, white embroidered socks, and white sneakers.
In school, he wears the RHS Winter Outfit, consisted of muted dark blue letterman jacket with white uniform shirt, long blue tie with a pair of light blue short pants and muted blue school belt. He wears muted blue knee-length socks and black shoes. He adds his signature black choker that not only serve as aesthetics, but it's also a power up energy that stores quirk power, that would be relevant later. His Winter Outfit is the SCHOOL OFFICIAL uniform.
In summer, he wears the RHS Summer Outfit, consisted of white uniform shirt with a pair of pale blue short pants. He has a pastel blue bow, long pastel blue socks, and black uniform shoes. He also use his black choker and has his bracelet on.
His hero costume/Miracle Guardian form consists of muted blue blazer with blue dress shirt, black, bishop, short sleeves, with dual white long gloves and grey long gloves. He still has his magic necklace on, but added with a shooting star brooch, long blue pants, blue and white belt, black headphones, and black boots. He has an eyepatch to block his other eye from sparks, since his right eye is very sensitive when it comes to sparks (because of his childhood trauma with fireworks)
He has a cape-like wings to balance his body whenever he gots thrown off by his magic quirk recoil. His grey boots are designed by Shigeru Hoshizuki to let him walk on ice and water and it has a coil-like substance named Coilliot to make him bounce in the air and kick opponents with higher speed that can push the opponent to the air or pinning them down to the ground. His clothes are made by high synthetic fiber to weaken the opponents punch and therefore makes his quirk punch more effective (even though he can get hit by the recoil). His headphones can stop noise pollution and keep him to attack the opponent. Most of his clothes are simply for aesthetics of a Miracle Guardian, but his blazers when taken off, can make a person feel warm.

Personality
Kyoji is a very ordinary and kind individual that, just like other shounen protagonists, he is a happy-go-lucky and caring person that aspires to have a goal to save the citizens like a hero. Even if his appearance didn't mirror his personality, his personality sometimes is serious when it comes to intense battles. He mostly focused and hangs on tight to his goal: "being a miracle guardian, and grant his ability to become the powerful mage in his village, even though he is just an ordinary kid". He is shown to be very self-conscious about his decision, and often times rethinks about what he want to be and what costs he need to sacrifice.
Kyoji second-thought his decision to be the powerful mage in his city after he gots his full developed power.
After he matured, he became a bit stoic and self doubt about himself, probably because of his spirit living in his body that happens to every late bloomer mage, he starts talking with an emotionless tone, same happened to the class representative, Fuwa Ozu. Even though he has his old personality, his newfound personality only happens temporary and did not change his personality entirely.
Before Kyoji obtains his quirk, he is just an ordinary person like every child in his village. Surprisingly, his village is full of powerful, all-kill mages, that can decimate monsters called Noiroids. And even though he got closer with many children in his village, he still feel like he wasn't enough. He is also feel guilty and embarrassed since his family is the descendant of one of the most powerful mages in existence, a wise-man named Kyutai Mahokomine (魔法子峰球体).
However, after finding out that he is a Late Bloomer Mage (遅咲きの魔道士 Osozaki no madō-shi, lit. Late blooming mage), which is a group of people that receives magic late, while the positives are they get their powers two times as a normal, ordinary mage. He feels relieved, and even if his doubt still clouding him, he is not as miserable as before.
He thankfully grews up in a caring environment before he went to his middle school. Even though he feels insecure that he is a late bloomer, he was able to make friends, most notably Verde Verdict, who then went to the same school, and him entering the school 3 months before Kyoji's entrance.
Kyoji's emo like personality after his spirit took over his mental upbringing
Kyoji is a very diligent student in the school, when it comes to homework. Depends on the homework, he sometimes grinning while doing his homework, sometimes he feels bored and unmotivated. Kyoji also has a very clumsy-like personality.
Kyoji also (depends on the subject) sometimes has thoughts wanting to skip class because of how boring it was.
He has grey approach on hero/miracle guardian duties, especially at redeeming villains. Not like other predecessors of him, having experience wielding different powers with the same technique, he only redeems villains or even his opponents depending on how much the villain screw over his life. He even doesn't give two fucks when a villain inside his body that keep ruining his life, named Rodhar, was later got into a trouble and realizes how much mess he made to Kyoji, and Kyoji redeemed him, but only at one cost. Most of the time, he never gives villains mercy if they ruins his life and messing with his patience so badly, that makes Masato Netsujo, starts to respect him.
Kyoji is also an emotional person, and also an empath, which is a person that can read people's minds and feels about everything just with a touch of hand. He never used his power, because he respects people's privacy. He only uses that power to calm someone down, like he did with Oharu Nakamigawa. He also go through several lengths to save someone, because it's also his goal to ensure protection with his hometown citizen, just like a hero. He don't mind to get hurt and severely injured, he want the person he save is alright.
Kyoji looks up to his siblings, Kyuuji and Kinen a lot because of their supportive nature while his family is away. Even though him and Kyuuji are twins in a different academy, Kyoji in Rokuyūki High School, and Kyuuji in Nanae Academy, they still love each other, even if they keep fighting about trivial things.

Kyoji has a bit of "love-allergy" syndrome, coined by his fellow classmate, Iona Sumirezuki and Otoyo Nakido.
When battling, Kyoji become very serious. Kyoji can throw a fit and act very different from his authentic self. Many miracle guardians have a lust side on them, and he is too.
Kyoji is just a reincarnated person of Tamako Kyomachi, under the Miracle Guardian name Kyouro. 100 years ago, Tamako is a very stubborn, contrast to Kyoji. Tamako acts without thinking. Even though he has a very visible flaw, he was loved at that time as the Symbol of Selflessness. Tamako then died young because of his ongoing unknown disease that has plaguing him for years, while he faces head to head with General Crimson. His disorder now known as Possession Disorder that happens to some people under some circumstances. Because of his heroic actions and how it impacts young children to come, it was very sad to see Tamako's passing as it disheartens many people. With the help of a random, magical potion Tamako drinks before the bloodshed happens, he accidentally reincarnated into a new entity, Kyoji Tsunarou.
Abilities
Overall Abilities: Since his father is a professional mage who is an alumni of Rokuyūki High School, he trained under his father's wing. He undergo training by his father, how to develop his quirk in a right way. Since he is a late bloomer and late bloomer takes time to learn about their quirk more and predict the villains moves, he also studies about his origin of his quirk from his twin brother, Kyuuji, who is an expert in quirk studies.
Because of his ability, he can go toe to toe with Kyuuji.
Fast Learner: Despite the repercussions and weakness of late bloomers, he is actually a natural fast learner. He got his ability by his father, Satoru Tsunarou. Even though his developed quirk can go from middle-range attacks, he can project his quirk at a more closer range, as he can send a barrage of punches to the opponents. Even his nerdish twin brother who is apparently a pro-hero (at the age of 16, which was SO ahead of it's time) turned researcher, can't overcome his twin's barrage of punches.
He can absorb techniques from his friends, acquaintances, teammate to a literal stranger. Much like Fuwa Ozu, he can watch a person's performance and incorporate it to his own, with a different twist to it. He is very good at absorbing the knowledge fast because of how his father trained him with care and passion, that one day he will be out in the battlefield, marching alone. Even though he is a fast observer, his late bloomer "stereotypes" takes his knowledge to a different turn. Late bloomers is different than Normeon (people that get their quirk in the young age, being the age of min 3 and max 5). Their thinking is different than Normeon, as they lack in specific knowledge rather than Normeon do.
Efficient Strategyzer: Other than being a quite of fast learner, he can strategize pretty well in some circumstances. Much like his fellow classmate, Miku Kanae, if he is not the muscle of his group, he is quite the brains. Such as, strategizing the line up for the Annual Rokuyuuki Track & Field Championships with his randomly mixed group. Such as Mitsuo Tsukikage, Miku Kanae, Iona Izayoi, and Otoyo Nakido.
Professional Cover-up: Every time he makes a risky move, he also slips and fell, because of his clumsy nature. In contrast to Tamako Kyomachi, just to tell that his reincarnated version would not be the same physically and mentally, that's the side effects of the powerful reincarnation potion. To do this, he need to snaps back every time he makes an oopsy, and land the failed attack to be more powerful.
Unintentional "Comic Relief": His clumsy nature sometimes makes an "IT" factor in his personality, as he stands out from many else. He also gets unintentional viral popularity by his clumsiness, such as he got chased by Masato Netsujo, as Masato throws his remaining shoes to him because of something happens, then he become a living meme. His facial expressions also become a meme material by his ever growing fanbase.

Trivia
- Kyoji's hero name, Immobi (イモビ Imobi?), comes from Immobilizer (イモビライザー Imobiraizā?). His hero name "Immobi" also derived from English word Improve, Imagination and Be.
- In the dub, he explains want he wants to be; "In My Opinion, I want to Be a Miracle Guardian that saves everyone and protect them from danger", thus creating Imobe or Imobi.
- Imobi (いもび), if written with different kanji, means potato, relating to his awfully lazy personality.
- He shortened his hero name to Immobi, because he though Immobilizer was a bit mouthful.
