Mitsuki Ansatsu (光己アサシン Mitsuki Ansatsu), also known as the Bloody Valkyrie (ブルーディ バオカイリー Buruudi Baokairii), is the Leader and Absolute Commander of the Neutral Guardians, who guard the balance between Villains and Heroes, bearing the authority to take down threats to the international community at large.
