Saibu Itami-Chitan (外部痛みチタン Gaibu Itami Chitan) Also known as Tatical Hero: Tungsten (タングステン Tangusuten) Was the 4th welder of Transfer and is a inactive hero at the moment
Appearance[]
Saibu is a tall person with a well-built physique he has red eyes with a black pupil. He has long, spiky black hair, which is usually kept slicked back. the most visable thing about him is his studs. With three of them above each of his eyes, two on each side of his nose, and two on his chin
Saibu hero costume consits of a dark blue trench coat, whose tail reaching down to his upper calves, with a green short-sleeved shirt worn under it, while retaining the pants, and studded boots, gloves, belt and wristbands and wearing a dark yellow bandanna on his forehead.
Personality[]
Saibu is Smart, Tatical, and Sly
Saibu is noticed to be a deceitful schemer, who prefers to catch people off guard. Saibu likes to know all about his opponent before he attacks them. Many people that know Saibu would describe him as strong-willed and diligent. Saibu has a great analytical mind and can form complex battle plans in a few seconds, factoring in the best ways he can utilize the Quirks of allies and enemies alike for his own advantage.
Abiltiies[]
Overall Abilities: Saibu Quirk makes him better at close quarters combat which he's very good at. In combat Saibu uses his Quirk Layer Armor to block powerful blows form damaging him greatly. He usually doesn't charge in recklessly without thinking of a plan. He mostly lets his hardened body take opposing hits while delivering counterattacks. As even bullets cannot pierce his skin when his Quirk is active, Saibu is capable of turning himself into a human shield for allies or defenseless civilians.
Tatical Intellect: Saibu is a rather keen and observative individual. he analyzes his opponent's weaknesses proving him to be extremely intelligent and strategic. He is an expert on collaborating his equipment and Quirk with one another. He also quickly creates strategies for dealing with different types of enemies, even those who are immune to his Quirk. In addition, he can meticulously discern the mechanics behind people’s abilities after witnessing them performed once.
- High Pain Tolerance: Saibu is able to keep fighting on even after suffering significant and painful injuries. For example, despite his skull being shattered by many villians, he was still able to remain conscious.
- Enhanced Stamina: Saibu is fairly effective at enduring battles wherein heavy injures are eminent. Mostly when he has been using Layer Armor for too long. Saibu continues to battle and use his Quirk, ignoring the damage he could be affected by.
Quirk[]
Metal (金属 Kinzoku): Layer Armor allows Saibu to form armor around his body, the armor is similar to Titanium. The armor is tough enough to protect Saibu from lethal hazards such as bullets, blades and tons of falling metal. Layer Armor can also protect Saibu from extreme temperatures.
The drawback is the longer it's used the weaker it gets, and gases and mind tricks can still affect him.
- Enhanced Durability: Saibu has enhanced durability thanks to his Quirk. His armor allows him different forms of punishment for a prolonged period of time, and emerge unscathed.
- Enhanced Strength: When using his Quirk, Saibu's physical strength is increased, enabling him to break through most obstacles. Saibu's augmented strength also allows him to tear through steel objects, as shown when he easily tore through multiple industrial pipes.
Former Quirk[]
Transfer (トランスファー Toransufā): Transferred to him by Doku Sanso, Transfer allows Saibu to Transfer his quirk onto someone else with the drawback being it places a burden on him depleting the his life force.
- Water Jet (ウォータージェット U~ōtājetto): Originally the Quirk of Mizu Kuryoki, Water Jet allows Saibu to emit pressurized water from his feet to act as a jet graining him great speeds. The drawback is that the user must drink lots of water in order to emit the water
- Venomous Breath (毒の息 Dokunoiki): Originally the Quirk of Doku Sanso, Venomous Breath allows the User to breath in any gas and emit that same gas but multiplying how posionous it is. The drawback is that He is not immune to other gas attacks, and Oxygen, the gas that everyone can breath is the only gas he can't breath in.
Super Moves[]
- Tungsten Steel (タングステン鋼 Tangusuten-Kō): Saibu uses Metal to it's fullest potential and make his armor practically impentetable making nothing even affect him, but this has the downside of draining his quirk faster
- Metal Dragon (メタルドラゴン Metarudoragon): Saibu releases all his strength into one punch while his quirk is actavated, and has the potential to break a tungsten wall

- Saibu's surnames contain the kanjis for "Pain" (痛み Itami) and "Titanium" (チタン Chitan). Saibu's name contains the kanji for "External" (外部 Gaibu).
