Sakura Todoroki (トドルッキ サクラ, Todoroki Sakura) is a Pro-Hero, designated as the #3 Pro-Hero. She is the elder sister of Endeavor, the sister-in-law of Rei Todoroki Enji`s wife, and the parental aunt of Fuyumi Todoroki, Toya Todoroki, and Natsou Todoroki. She is by marriage, the wife of Rei Himiko, and the mother of Toga Himiko`s parents, making her by marriage, the maternal aunt of Toga Himiko and Toga`s elder sister, Inori Himiko and Inori`s Himiko`s adopted daughter, Pandora Himiko. She is the current Vice-Admiral of the Council of Ten being the tenth seat of the Council.
