Being a hero means someone who saves people no matter the cost, and I always believed that having a courageous personality makes people heroes. Who cares that I don’t have a Quirk! I want to be a hero like All Might. "

Saya Kiku (菊小夜), also known as the Archery Heroine: Falconeye (アーチェリーヒーロー：ファルコネイ Ācherīhīrō: Farukonei)and Foxi by her childhood friends is a student in Class 1-A on U.A. High School training to become a Pro Hero.
Despite being Quirkless, Saya strives to become a hero just like her favorite idol All Might, and because she was ridiculed for being such and lacked support from her parents, Saya ran away and purchased a house which will later on become her headquarters. Saya then became a Hero although she was unlicensed.
Thanks to her old childhood friends’ help and the support she had lacked for so long, Saya enrolled to U.A. in Class 1-A, finally fulfilling her dream to attend her dream school.
Appearance
Saya is a young woman in average height with a slim and muscular body due to her solo training for her six years of absence. Saya has short maroon hair with long bangs that hang from her side and large hazel brown eyes like those of Izuku’s and Ochaco Uraraka’s.
At school, she wears the school uniform other students wear. Except of the dress code shoes everyone wears, Saya wears black shoes with grey lace ups.
Her hero costume consists of a black body suit with red lining on the sides of her neck, arms, body, and legs. Saya wears a mask that has white mesh eyes with red lining around it. Saya wears a latchet (which contains a sword with its handle embedded with small green gems) and a belt with pockets that contain her ten tranquilizer darts. She also a knife in which she puts in her little latchet that is attached on her right thigh.
While in her secret trip to I-Island (following Izuku in case of danger approaching his classmates), Saya used a formal version of her hero costume, which was a long sleeved shirt with a black skirt and red lining, with short black tights. Saya still obtained her weaponry on her formal dress.
After entering U.A. as a student, Saya updated her costume, adding red plated armor on her chest, shoulders, and hind legs, along with fingerless gloves with a button on each of the top. She also added a hood, replacing the usual mask she wore. Her belt was also updated with her Blinding Cloth hanging and small pockets that contains her tranquilizer darts. Saya also has two straps on each of her wrists, to which she can activate a transparent hologram shield. Her two knives are in latchets on her hind legs, and her ankles carries her two pistols. On her back, she wears two latchets, one for her sword, and the other for her ten arrows.
Personality
Saya is shown to be a mysterious, dark, and secretive being when Izuku Midoriya first encountered her in the U.S.J. Incident, to which is where she first appeared. Saya was quiet and ignored Izuku’s question of her identity, though it was only because she didn’t want anyone to know, not even her old childhood friends to know that it was her under the mask. Saya is also sociable and talkative to people she likes, as shown when she was trying to keep a conversation with her favorite Pro Hero Shota Aizawa while they both fight against the other thugs and criminals in the U.S.J., much to the latter’s confusion of her presence.
Saya was also smart enough to keep her words to herself, although she couldn’t help but call her childhood crush and friend Katsuki Bakugo “Kacchan”, much to Katsuki’s annoyance and puzzlement. Saya has stated multiple times she wanted to meet her old childhood friends without her mask, but she was still afraid of showing herself, although it was unknown why.
Saya has shown multiple times she can use her brains to strategize on multiple occasions, much like Sir Nighteye. Saya will jump to action after strategizing, although sometimes she would jump to danger without realizing it, something most Pros do all the time. Saya will use her weapons and sometimes her own fists to battle when confronting a villain.
Saya is scared of those who don’t think Quirkless people can be heroes, which was one of the reasons why she ran away from her home. Saya had been like this ever since she was four, to when she was told she wasn’t gonna inherit her mother’s Fire Embodiment Quirk or her father’s Lightning Wielder Quirk. Her parents, knowing their friend’s son’s tendency to bully others, had decided to move away, despite Saya’s disagreement. Ever since she grew up in Hosu City, everywhere she goes, she’s been told she will never become a hero without a Quirk. When she heard her parents were gonna divorce, she ran away that same day and became and underground unlicensed hero. This shows how much pressure she was put that she will never be a hero, and wanted every single thought to go away.
As a young girl, Saya wanted to be a hero and was amazed when her mother was a Pro Hero during her younger years. Saya admired All Might (just like Izuku, Katsuki, and Shoto Todoroki) and expressed great excitement whenever he comes in TV. Even if she was Quirkless, Saya never gave up on her dream of becoming a hero someday and didn’t want to stay with her parents due to their lack of support to their daughter. Saya never gave up on her dream to the day.

Abilities
Overall Abilities: Saya has shown multiple times to be agile and powerful towards her opponents and can withstand a group of them if the situation calls for it. Saya‘s fighting style is both defensive and offensive (considering her weapons and physical abilities) and does only close ranged attacks, although when she needs to use her darts from a distance, she will use long ranged attacks. Saya has stated that she has practiced by herself and taught herself how to fight and use her weapons. She even has a whole set of them in her Kiku Household.
In the U.S.J. Incident, Saya has swiftly dodged and attacked multiple people at once with her own version of her Blinding Cloth and her physical agility. At the Hosu Incident, Saya was able to overpower a highly more experienced villain Stain. Other people, like All Might, Eraser Head, and even some of the villains Stain and Tomura Shigaraki has seen how much potential Saya has despite not having a Quirk, which was one of the reasons Shota had made her his student in Class 1-A. Saya was even able to nearly overpower Katsuki during their two-to-one fight, although Katsuki was able to get the upper hand and defeat both Izuku and Saya.
Saya has been able to fight against second-year studnets like Yo Shindo and Seiji Shishikur, who seem to have more combative experience than her, who is just in the first year, although it was only because back then she worked outside without school education and in a city.
Keen Intellect: Saya has proven to be an intelligent being, ranking on the top of the students in Class 1-A because of it. Saya will strategize before going on action and won’t rush a lot or else her fighting skills wouldn’t been proven useful against a villain, although sometimes her plans could fail due to rushing or ailed improvisation. Saya can also observe someone and can figure out in an instant what the opponent’s weakness or move will be, and would take advantage of it.
Even outside of battle, Saya can use her intelligence at school to subjects she is best at and will also use it to help others when they need it, although she isn’t at the top like Momo Yaoyorozu. Even through that, Saya would occasionally make minor mistakes now and then.
Swordsmanship: Saya is able to handle her sword and uses it when the situation needs it. Saya has taught herself how to use it through the internet.
Marksmanship Specialist: Just like her third favorite hero Snipe, Saya has exceptional aim, although she doesn’t have Snipe’s Homing Quirk. Saya was able to use her bullets and tranquilizer darts to accurately shoot her opponents from afar.
Temporary Quirks:
Lightning Wielder ( 雷使い Kaminari tsukai): Along with One for All, this Quirk was supposed to be Saya’s Quirk if she wasn’t Quirkless, which was from her father Susumu Kiku. This power allows Saya to wield lightning and manipulate it at her will. Because of Nine’s Weather Manipulation Quirk, Saya was able to use it easily and she can also focus all the lightning into her sword. It was unknown how she was able to use the power even though she was Quirkless and Toshinori Yagi theorized that One for All saw the potential and her willingness to fight on to save everyone and ended up giving her her father’s Quirk.
Unfortunately, before the One for All transfer could be completed, Saya lost consciousness and was never able to keep the Quirk she was given to by One for All and the previous users. Saya was now permanently Quirkless once again.
- Zeus’s Thunderbolt ( ゼウスのサンダーボルト Zeusu no sandāboruto): This Super Move allows Saya to wield all the lightning and focuses it on her sword. The sword will then be full of electricity and Saya can use it as a weapon. Her sword was destroyed after she stabbed Nine in the leg with the electricity put into the weapon.
One for All ( ワン・フォー・オール Wan Fō Ōru): Transferred to her by Izuku Midoriya, One for All allowed Saya to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing her to significantly enhance her physical abilities to a superhuman level. This resulted in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, agility, and durability.
For some unknown reason, Saya has her father’s Lighting Welder Quirk, being able to wield Lightning at her will and uses it on her sword to finally defeat Nine along with One for All.
After her fight, she lost One for All before the transfer could be complete, and the power was kept in inside Izuku’s body. Because of this, she also lost Lightning Wielder, which she was using along with One for All for some reason.
- One for All: Full Cowl - 100% ( ワン・フォー・オール フ ルカウル 100 % Wan Fō Ōru Furu Kauru Hyaku Pāsento): Saya activates One for All at its fullest extent throughout Full Cowl, granting her tremendous boost in speed and strength. Saya’s first and only use of this move was against Nine to defend Nabu Island. The power increase caused red energy to trail out of her eyes and her irises to distort. Her hair also became spicier and was waving back and forth, and her entire body glowed an orange hue with red electricity crackling around her. When fused with her father’s Lightning Wielder Quirk, it became more powerful and easier to bend and manipulate lightning around her and focused all of it to her sword, eventually using it against Nine to deafest him once and for all.

Equipment
Red Armor Costume:
- Armored Plates: After getting recommended to U.A. High School, Saya changed up most of her costume with red plated armor made with bulletproof metal colored in red. It is used against bullets and possibly other other weaponry.
- Red Blade Gloves: Saya wears fingerless gloves with a button on the back of her gloves that will activate blades coming from it. Used for offense and defense purposes.
- Falcon Wings: Saya wears a large vest device on her back that when activated, summons bird-like wings from them, used for flight and offensive purposes.
Weapons:
- Jerry and Perry: Saya owns two pistols that she took form two criminals she had stopped and named them Jerry (right) and Perry (left). It was unknown if she actually named them or this was intended as a joke. The two pistols contain three bullets each, and if Saya runs out of bullets, she’ll have to buy them in a nearby hardware shop. Saya will only use Jerry and Perry in long-ranged attacks.
- Athena Sword: The Athena Sword is the same sword Saya uses during her close-ranged attacks. The sword has green gems embedded in the handle and the sword itself is made of iron. Saya made it when she was still an underground unlicensed hero. It was destroyed after hers, Katsuki’s, and Izuku’s fight against Nine, although she was able to make a different copy of it, which now has blue gems embedded on the handle.
- Baby Sharpy: Baby Sharpy is Saya’s knife, which has a dark brown leather handle. Saya has stated she will only use Baby Sharpy if “she gets in trouble with older men”. As of now, Saya hasn’t used Baby Sharpy yet.
- Tranquil Flies: Named by Saya, these are technically tranquilizer darts with a transparent plastic and green liquid in it with a small needle sticking on the top. Saya has used it multiple times to knock out enemies in secret and during her training at U.A.
- Bow and Arrows: Saya carries a bow and a latchet that contains arrows with red ribbons. It was implied by Saya that someone offered it to her out of respect for her determination while she was out in her usual hero duties.

- Saya was roughly based off Spider-Man (due to her throwing jokes while fighting opponents) and Deadpool (who’s costume bears a striking resemblance to hers).
